|  US Chess Federation Executive Board Votes To Outsource B&E The Executive Board of the US Chess Federation voted to outsource its book and equipment 
business. The vote was 5-0 with one member recusing himself. 
 The board reviewed three unsolicited bids and decided to open the bidding process to 
all interested parties. 
 A questionnaire will be available Tuesday morning, September 23, 2003 from US Chess 
Federation website, B&EQuestionnaire A link to
this questionnaire will also be provided from the  �What�s New� category. 
 All bidders must complete the questionnaire. All bids and the completed questionnaire
must be received no later than Friday, September 26, 2003. Bidders can email their bid proposal and completed
questionnaire to Timothy Hanke, VP of Finance at: Email: [email protected] and  
bidders also need to mail a copy of their bid and completed questionnaire to US Chess Federation, ATTN: Grant Perks, Interim C.O.O., 
3054 US Rt. 9W, New Windsor, NY 12553.   
 ALL BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2003, 5PM (EDT).
