USCF To Provide A Weekly Electronic Newsletter
The United States Chess Federation (USCF) is pleased to announce that in November 2003
they will begin producing a weekly electronic newsletter. USCF will soon offer from their
website, uschess.org,
an online subscriber form for those who wish to receive the newsletter via email.
The form will also offer an unsubscribe option.
USCF's goal with producing the newsletter is to offer a weekly forum for chess players
and chess clubs to pubish local and state chess activities they are involved in.
USCF also hopes this will increase club development as it will offer an exchange of
successul ideas of running clubs and tournaments.
Anyone who would like to send newsworthy items can email them to [email protected].
Co-editors for the USCF Newsletters are: Sara Walsh and Ed Scimia.
The success of this newsletter depends on you. This is your opportunity to offer chess news,
ideas pertaining to chess clubs, fundraising and sponsorship ideas, etc. which can be distributed
amongst those in the chess community.
