The U.S. Chess Federation is pleased to announce that, Fluent Entertainment, a leading developer and publisher of interactive entertainment software will sponsor the United States Chess Federation (USCF) All America Team for 2004 under the name of its marquis release, Hoyle Majestic Chess.

In 1987, the USCF created the All America Team, which is comprised of the nation�s very best chess players under the age of 19. Being on this team is one of the highest national honors attainable by a young chess player. Grant Perks, USCF�s Interim Chief Operating Officer notes, �The future of chess depends on our youth and our responsibility to give them the recognition they deserve. With the support of Fluent Entertainment, we are able to meet this goal.� To qualify as one of this years 39 candidates, (USCF currently has 45,000 USCF youth and scholastic members) they must have played in at least four open, non-scholastic USCF events between July 15, 2002 and July 14, 2003 and attain the minimum rating for their age. Age 8 and below/1550; 9/1650; 10/1750; 11/1875; 12/2000; 13/2100; 14/2150; 15/2200; 16/2250; 17/2300; 18/2400.

Candidates who are confirmed as members of the 2004 Majestic Chess All America Team will receive a special letter of recognition, a certificate, and a team jacket bearing the 2004 insignia. A Fluent entertainment executive will make their presentation to the team members at this year�s 2003 USCF National K12/Collegiate Chess Championship being held at the Hyatt Regency O�Hare and the Donald E.
