Grandmaster Bisguier's Commentary

Black also has decent play after 22. Qf4 Qf8 (just one of many options Black has) when a safe plan for White appears to be 23. Bxf5 gxf5 24. Rxg7 giving back the Exchange. However, Karpov prefers the safer route and repeats the position given his standing in the match.
