Gata preempts the repositioning plan mentioned in the previous note, and develops his last minor piece.

Note that 17. ... e5?! is just too risky for Black at this point: 18. Bg3 and Black suffers more from the pin on his e5-pawn. Plus, his f7-square is exposed! (0:41)
