MagnusTata250.jpgMagnus Carlsen dominated the Tata Steel Chess tournament, finishing 1.5 points ahead of his nearest rival. In the post-tournament press conference, Magnus talked about his final game against GM Anish Giri, his pre-tournament expectations and his future plans. He called Anand's victory over Aronian the best of the tournament, "one for the ages."

On his own victories, Carlsen said, "I managed to win all the games in which I had an advantage at some point and to draw all the games I was doing badly...in a way it was a maximum score for me."

Reigning US chess champion Hikaru Nakamura finished plus one for clear sixth. Hikaru gave a video interview after his tenth round battle against Italian-American Grandmaster Fabiano Caruana.
