Bonus Threshold To Increase in the Rating System

The Executive Board recently voted to increase the bonus threshold in the Rating System to B=12 from the current level of B=10. This change is based on a recommendation from the Ratings Committee to reduce ratings inflation which has been on the increase again due to ratings formula changes made in 2013. This change will go into effect on June 1, 2015, for events ending on or after that date.
