 On March 6, 2015 at 4:05 pm, Crossville's Mayor, James
Mayberry, emerged from the ice and snow like a Tennessee Punxsutawney Phil, and
declared "Randy Bauer's name will appear first on the Executive Board ballot
and Anjelina Belakovskaia appears second." The pronouncement was the result of a double blind drawing held at the USCF Headquarters.
