16-year-old GM Hou Yifan has again advanced to the finals of the Women's World Championship in Antakya, Turkey (December 2-25) by defeating top-seed GM Humpy Koneru 1.5-0.5. Two years ago in Nalchik, Russia Hou defeated the same opponent in the semifinals but lost to GM Alexandra Kosteniuk in the final. The final is a four-game match starting on Monday, December 20th. (Saturday is for tiebreaks and Sunday is a free day.)
