(Cherry Hill, NJ, July 16, 2007) -- American Chess University (ACU) announced that its next FIDE Trainers seminar will be held on August 1-2, 2007 in Crowne Plaza Hotel, Cherry Hill, NJ in conjunction with the 2007 U.S. Open. The educational workshop is designed for Teachers, Chess Coaches and Trainers interested in improving their coaching skills and receiving FIDE certification. The program is led by noted chess masters and educators, under auspices of FIDE. Seminar participants may meet requirements for the following FIDE certifications: FIDE Senior Trainer, FIDE Trainer, FIDE Instructor, National Instructor and Developmental Instructor (see requirements at http://www.fide.com/news.asp?id=351). The seminar fee is $350 and does not include applicable FIDE certification fees.
