(Crossville, TN) Chess organizer Dennis Doyle successfully ran USCF's 2007 U.S. G/15 Chess Championship in Joliet, Illinois on June 17 at Joliet Jr. College. The national event drew 21 players from all across the United States.

William J. Aramil and Jon L. Burgess won the G/15 with tied scores of 5.0! Dexter Cavitt won the Class A division with a final score of 4.5. Sujeet D. Mehta won the Class B section with 3.0 points. Hank Anzis and Ryan Richardson took the Class C division with tied scores of 3.0. Class D was won by event organizer Dennis Doyle with a score of 2.5. Jon Abernathy won the Class E/F division with his final score of 2.0.
