World Youth Invitation Regulations Updated

The invitation regulations governing players from the United States who are eligible to participate in the World Youth Chess Championship have just been updated. These changes go into effect for the 2013 World Youth scheduled for Al-Ain in the UAE, December 17-29. Details concerning the 2013 World Youth will be released by the organizers later this year.
