This event is limited to women. It is not restricted by age. The FormatThis is a traditional format 10 player round-robin. Each player plays each other player once, making a total of nine games. Rounds will be held at 3:30 Local Time (-7 GMT Phoenix) each day on the following days: The ScheduleAugust 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, and September 1st (final round). The time control is 40 moves in 2 hours, then 20 moves in 1 hour, then Game in 1 hour (40/2, 20/1, G/1), for a maximum of 8 hours per game.
