Congratulations to American GM Gata Kamsky, who tied for first in the Reggio Emilia tournament in Italy with a clutch win and final score of 6.5/9. In the final round, Kamsky won against GM Zoltan Almasi of Hungary. Almasi was a full point ahead of Kamsky, so this was a must-win situation.
