At the recent FIDE Congress in conjunction with the Khanty-Mansiysk Olympiad, the following titles were approved: IM Ilya Figler, International Organizer Tony Rich of the Chess Club and Scholastic Center of Saint Louis and International Arbiter Chris Bird. 
 
The following TDs also received FIDE Arbiter norms from FIDE Arbiters' Seminars:
