GM Magnus Carlsen won the Tal Memorial in Moscow on tiebreak over GM
Levon Aronian. Carlsen scored a final round victory over our own GM
Hikaru Nakamura. 5986 Nakamura had a tough tournament, scoring 3/9. See final crosstables on the official site or TWIC. Nakamura fans can follow his next international forays at the London Chess Classic (December 3-12) and the defense of his title at the Tata Steel Chess "A" group in Wijk Aan Zee (January 13-29), where US Champion Gata Kamsky will also participate.
