After nearly two years of processing, the USCF's tax exempt status has changed from 501(c)(4) to 501(c)(3).

"I am excited to announce that yesterday we received a letter from the IRS approving our 501(c)(3) status. This is an important step for the USCF", said Executive Director Jean Hoffman, who has a wealth of experience with  501(c)(3) organizations.
